What We Do
A Care Plus is an association of caregivers that provide personal care to seniors regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, and nationality in the San Francisco Bay Area, comprising Fremont, Hayward, San Lorenzo, Union City, Newark, and adjacent cities, as much as possible. We pray, sing and rejoice in their health. We communicate with seniors, walk with them (as feasible), entertain them, and assist them in their daily living and hygiene. In short, we provide comfort and care.
We provide basic, advanced and responsive training for our volunteer caregivers in the following areas you'll find below, so that our clients are healthy, safe and comfortable.
WE UNDERSTAND THE NEED OF
1-on-1 Attention
Our personal care includes our focused helping hands in bathing, shampooing, shaving, and toileting. Facilitation with medications. Assisting with eating, transferring, rest and sleep.
UNIQUE CARE ROUTINE
Nutrition & Wellness
We help seniors adapt to meals for people with nourishment constraints. It is our policy to adhere to fundamental nutrition.
CARE IS OUR CULTURE
Heartwarming Care & Comfort
Advocating spiritual and tender loving care to your well-being. We observe the importance of life cycle, from what's what and its clues. We encourage our seniors thoughtfully and gently.
